The Chicago Urban League is holding a virtual focus group discussion about viral infections, vaccines, and equitable access to health information and care on the South and West Sides of Chicago. Insights from the focus group will help us determine how we can help address health equity issues in our community. We are looking for participants who are 18 or older. Only one person per household may participate.
The first 50 people to register will receive a $25 e-gift card via email after participating in the discussion.
