Our 2025 Policy Summit will highlight our latest State of Black Chicago report. This year’s report, which will be released at the Policy Summit, uses wealth-building as a framework for shared economic prosperity and focuses on transformative, cross-sector solutions that address key drivers of financial wealth-building: entrepreneurship & innovation, workforce development, and housing & financial empowerment.

To highlight the importance of workforce development, the Policy Summit will be held jointly with the Win-Win Workplace Summit, in partnership with the Future Forward Institute, Harvard University’s Project on Workforce, and the Corporate Coalition of Chicago. Policy Summit sponsors will have access to the full Win-Win summit, which will take place May 6.
